I work with clients to make strategic and powerful shifts in their lives that result in profound joy and fulfillment. I'm skillful in supporting my clients' coaching goals and pinpointing their impediments to growth. My warm and graceful coaching style is uniquely suited to those seeking guidance on issues related to love, marriage, divorce, parenting, career, body and life balance. I trained and coached with a premiere coaching organization before opening my private practice in downtown Manhattan in 2016.
In my group facilitation work, I create a trusting space for participants to practice the art of listening and sharing deeply. These are deeply enriching sessions that include storytelling, spontaneity, laughter and learning. Each participant discovers and grows via self awareness and group connection.
My professional life prior to coaching and facilitation was in digital media development where I planned and designed award-winning, large scale website programs for a variety of organizations in the arts, media, entertainment and various consumer product industries. I was an information architect and user experience designer.
A passionate foodie, I established a dessert catering company serving clients in NYC museum and park organizations. During this time, I also sold my sweet treats in an electric car in NYC's Riverside Park. I'm the author of a children's cookbook called Super Duper Cupcakes published by Sterling.
These seemingly unrelated professional experiences share a common thread that I joyfully bring to my coaching - the desire to unite a variety of concepts, wishes and ingredients into a beautiful and sustaining whole. Coaching and group facilitating is, without a doubt, the culmination of my life’s work.
I split my time between Manhattan and northwest Connecticut with my wonderful spouse and daughter. I've a bachelor’s degree in Studio Art with honors from University of California at Santa Cruz (Go Banana Slugs!).
